If you request cancellation before we have started working on your order, you may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting any administrative charges). - After Work Begins:
Once work on your document or service has started, cancellation will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. - Force Majeure / Exceptional Cases:
In rare cases of technical or unavoidable issues from our side, we may allow cancellation with a full or partial refund, subject to management approval.
2. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Services:
As our services involve personalised and professional document drafting, consultancy, and legal-related work, once delivered, these services are non-refundable. - Incorrect or Incomplete Information Provided by Client:
If services cannot be completed due to false, incorrect, or incomplete information provided by you, no refund will be issued. - Service Delivery Issues:
If we fail to deliver the service as committed due to reasons solely attributable to us, a full or partial refund may be issued.

Refunds will not be provided in cases including (but not limited to):
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Delay in services due to client’s failure to provide necessary documents, details, or approvals.
- Issues beyond our control (e.g., government processing delays, third-party rejections).
